Gucci Mane Denies Killing Cellmate For Licking His Tattoo

Via Memphis Rap reports:
There are hip hop rumors being shared throughout social media site that rapper Gucci Mane killed a cellmate while in jail for trying to rape him – that rumor is not true.
The news that circulated claimed that Gucci Mane woke up in his cell with his cellmate trying to lick the ice cream cone tattoo off his face while attempting to touch him inappropriately. Come on people! Really?! The rapper was stated to have choked out the other inmate eventually killing him.
Apparently the news seems to have derived from a satire news site called CreamBMP.
Much like the satire website The Onion, some people share links from the satire sites over social media without realizing that the news is satirical.
Gucci Mane himself shared a tweet regarding the spreading hip-hop rumor.
gucci
Gucci Mane might be a lot of things but a booty bandit is not one!

Philadelphia Man Shot To Death Over $300 Dr. Dre Beats Headphones

chris massey

According to NBC Philadelphia:
The sounds of children playing on a Lebanon Avenue sidewalk Saturday afternoon didn’t curb a shooter. An armed man opened fire on Christian Massey, 21, in a nearby alley. The armed man first demanded Massey’s Dr. Dre Beats headphones. Massey did not comply and tried to run, witnesses say. The suspect shot five rounds, striking and killing Massey. The headphones lay near Massey’s lifeless body. He had purchased them for about $300 on Black Friday.
“To me, he was my child,” said Eula Hodge, his grandmother. “Why did they have to shoot him. They didn’t get what they shot him for so he was shot for nothing.” His goal was to play basketball and buy a house for himself and his sisters. Philadelphia Police have no leads and are seeking the public’s help with identifying a suspect.
And according to his grandmother, Chris Massey was a great kid who made good grades despite being in and out of foster homes during his childhood. SMH.

RFID Chip Now Being Issued In Hanna, Wyoming As Part Of New “Obamacare” Plan - See more at: http://nationalreport.net/rfid-chip-now-being-issued-in-hanna-wyoming-as-part-of-new-obamacare-plan/#comments

Here We Can See The Size And Shape Of The Exciting New RFID Chip
(Hanna, WY) – The “Obamacare” RFID chips are currently being given a test run on the proud and patriotic citizens of Hanna, Wyoming.
RFID Chip Technical Info
Over the last two weeks a special piece of legislation has been passed making it mandatory for anyone who receives welfare, or any other form of government assistance to be implanted with these new identification chips. Even select government employees and officials have been ordered to receive the new sub-dermal device, which is typically implanted in the fatty tissue of the individual’s buttock. Police officers, military, even garbage men will all be required to have the RFID chip by the end of next month or face termination from their jobs.

During the beta testing stage of this amazing new technological development, many news outlets have remained silent waiting to see how the trial pans out before reporting on the subject. National Report, always on the cutting edge, sent me on location to Hanna, Wyoming to speak with some of the towns folk and gather their opinions and experiences regarding their newly acquired RFID chips.
Tammy Josephine Laurence, a single mother of three who is currently accepting housing assistance got her chip implanted just hours before we had a chance to sit down and speak with her. She had the following to say:
“Well, they said I better do this, or they was gonna cut the welfare. I’m a full-time single mother. I got three young kids that need me at all hours and ain’t no man to help. I didn’t have no choice…”
When asked if the procedure was invasive she informed us that it was “a little like giving blood” and that she felt “tired after getting the implant” which apparently is a common but benign side effect.

I also spoke with Hanna, Wyoming’s Mayor Ted Howell, whose full support of the RFID chip made it mandatory for the citizens of his small community. Leading by example he was the first recipient of the RFID chip , having it implanted publicly at a recent town hall meeting. “This is change for a better, safer America” he said while undergoing the ten minute procedure. “With this scientific advancement, the terrorists do not stand a chance… USA will prevail…”
The ordinance has had some opposition, however, as several of the local churches have spoken out against the chips with protests. These fringe apocalyptic churches believe Obama to be the anti-Christ and claim the RFID chip is the Mark Of The Beast written about in their Book Of Revelations. They cite the RFID chip’s supposed serial number of 131618 as corresponding with Revelations 13:16-18. Of course, rural superstitions ultimately have no sway when it comes to the progressive new America and their scripture laden outcries have largely been ignored.
This journalist embraces the new change, and even got her very own RFID chip before heading back to the National Report’s home offices. The surgery was quick, simple and more or less painless. I can barely tell I’ve been implanted at all. A sacrifice I’ve gladly made for my country’s national security and hope you will too.

UPDATE 11-05-13 “Chippie” Seminars Leave Children Eager To Receive New RFID Implant

weed makes me calm, said Chris Brown / Chris Brown Attempted To Bring Weed To Rehab, Was Denied

Chris Brown Attempted To Bring Weed To Rehab, Was Denied

Chris Brown was none too happy when he was told he couldn't bring his weed into the rehab facility.
Another new development in the never-ending Chris Brown antics. Breezy was sentenced to a 90-day rehab stint following his recent probation hearing for the Rihanna case. The singer was ordered to enroll in a live-in anger management facility by the judge, on the recommendation of the Probation Dept.
TMZ reports that Chris willingly surrendered his phone and laptop when entering the anger management facility, however, he was hard-pressed to let go of his weed. Chris reportedly told the staff that the marijuana was doctor-prescribed for his depression, but the staff still rejected his request to bring weed in. The singer also said that the weed makes him calm, but the staff wouldn't budge.
This rehab session follows on the heels of another one, which Chris was kicked out of after just 16 days for a fit of rage, where he allegedly threw a rock through his mom's car window. Let's hope this round goes more smoothly for him.

Lady Gaga Says She's "A Big Fan" Of Chief Keef, Keef Responds; "Damn Dis Girl Fine"

Chief Keef and Lady Gaga exchanged praise last night during the AMA awards.

Chief Keef has had dialogues with pop stars before--you may remember hisshort-lived "beef" with Katy Perry earlier this year--but his exchange with Lady Gaga last night following her AMA interview was a much more positive, though no less hilarious encounter.
On the red carpet of yesterday's awards ceremony, Gaga was asked what music she's been into lately, to which she responded rather surprisingly. “I’ve been listening to a lot of Chief Keef, so I’m kinda into Chicago music right now,” said the diva, who worked with Chi-town's R. Kelly and Twista on her new record. “I was living there for a while, so we’ve been listening to a lot of his records. I’m a big fan.”
Keef returned the praise via Twitter shortly thereafter. “I love Lady Gaga For Sayin She Listens to a lot of me and What’s so crazy I was jus Watchin Dis redcarpet shit Like damn dis Girl fine,” he said, before adding, “Love You Lady Gaga ❤️.”

Gucci Mane Sues Waka Flocka And Deb Antney

Via TMZ reports:

Gucci Mane’s career is RUINED after Waka Flocka Flame – and his MOM – spent years sabotaging and stealing money from the Ice Cream faced rapper … according to a new lawsuit.
In the docs, Gucci claims he hired Debra Antney – Waka’s momma – to be his manager in 2006 … and says she and Waka have been robbing him blind ever since.
According to the suit, Antney and Waka released Gucci’s music and collected royalties without his permission … and Antney made herself CFO of Gucci’s corporation without his knowledge.
Gucci claims Antney regularly took more than the usual manager’s fee of 20%.
As a result, Gucci says he’s lost money, his reputation … and all he’s got left are some serious tax issues.
The Ice Cream Man is suing for fraud, racketeering, and conspiracy … and wants the courts to freeze Waka and his mom’s assets. Oh, and he wants a ring and chain returned that he claims Waka’s mom stole from him.
Waka and Mama Waka haven’t returned our calls for comment.

Samsung pays Apple $1 Billion sending 30 trucks full of 5 cent coins

This morning more than 30 trucks filled with 5-cent coins arrived at Apple’s headquarters in California. Initially, the security company that protects the facility said the trucks were in the wrong place, but minutes later, Tim Cook (Apple CEO) received a call from Samsung CEO explaining that they will pay $1 billion dollars for the fine recently ruled against the South Korean company in this way
samsung-pays-apple-1-billion-sending-30-trucks-full-of-5-cents-coins

The funny part is that the signed document does not specify a single payment method, so Samsung is entitled to send the creators of the iPhone their billion dollars in the way they deem best.
This dirty but genius geek troll play is a new headache to Apple executives as they will need to put in long hours counting all that money, to check if it is all there and to try to deposit it crossing fingers to hope a bank will accept all the coins.
Lee Kun-hee, Chairman of Samsung Electronics, told the media that his company is not going to be intimidated by a group of “geeks with style” and that if they want to play dirty, they also know how to do it.
You can use your coins to buy refreshments at the little machine for life or melt the coins to make computers, that’s not my problem, I already paid them and fulfilled the law
A total of 20 billion coins, delivery hope to finish this week.
Let’s see how Apple will respond to this.

Man moves into house next to ex-wife and builds 12-foot bronze MIDDLE FINGER statue

The strip club owner spent $7000 erecting the sculpture to permanently flip the bird at his ex-wife and her new lover

No love lost: Alan Markovitz aimed the sculpture at his ex-wife's new partner

Michigan strip club owner has bought the house next door to his ex-wife and erected a giant middle finger in the back yard.
Alan Markovitz, who owns a series of strip clubs in Detroit, spent $7,000 erecting the 12 foot tall bronze statue facing the house owned by ex-wife Lea Tuohy.
The pictures were posted on Twitter by Tuohy's daughter, Lenka.
But he says the middle finger salute isn't aimed at her, but at her new partner - with whom she started an affair while she and Markovitz were still married.
Markovitz told a local newspaper "I'm so over her. This is about him. This is about him not being a man."
Markovitz wrote an autobiography, modestly entitled Topless Prophet: The True Story of America's Most Successful Gentleman's Club Entrepreneur.
He's set to star in an HBO reality TV show with the same title in the new year.
He bought the house after an estate agent coincidentally showed him the house next door to Luohy.
After that, he says, "karma took over."

Kendrick Lamar Explains His Contentious 'King Of New York' Lyric

Kendrick Lamar
Kendrick Lamar has defended his decision to moniker himself the 'King of New York' in a new song after it prompted contempt from hip-hop heavyweights Jay-Z and Sean 'Diddy' Combs

The 26 year-old rapper made the divisive statement on Big Sean's single Control, but it prompted a contemptuous response from Diddy on Twitter along with negative comments from Lupe Fiasco and Cassidy

Now, Lamar has spoken out to address the explosive issue, insisting the lyric has been taken out of context.

He tells L. A. radio station Power 106, "I think it's a case of maybe I should dumb down my lyrics just a little bit... The irony of that line is that the people who actually understood it and got it were the actual kings of New York, you know, me sitting down with them this past week, and them understanding, it's not actually about being the king of whatever coast, it's about leaving a mark as great as Biggie (Notorious B.I.G.), as great as Pac (Tupac Shakur)."

Lamar also insists he's happy to stoke up from friendly competition with his rival rappers, telling New York's Hot 97, "A lot of people think it's about talent, that's where they get it wrong. I'm saying I'm the most hungry. I respect the legends in the game, I respect the people that done it before me, the people that lost their lives over this."

"Because of what they laid down, I'm gonna try to go harder, breathe it and live it, that's the point of the whole verse."

J. Cole’s Past Struggles With Rent, Beating The Odds

J. Cole
Rapper J.Cole opens up about about life before he became a successful rap artist signed to Roc Nation. He lived in Jamaica Queens and was struggling to pay rent.  J. Cole recalls his landlord was understanding  and did not get upset  and kick him out over unpaid rent but instead kept Cole around because he believed in his dreams to become a recognized rapper.
“The landlord himself, Muhammad, he’s just a great guy. So, I always try to shout him out,” said Cole. “My landlord from the first apartment I ever got, kicked us out. I was looking and looking and looking and this was the only place I found with enough bedrooms for me and my homeboys from school. It wasn’t the nicest, but it was affordable. I took the worse room in the house because I knew everybody didn’t want to come over there. I was just like ‘Yo, what we gon’ do? We gotta go somewhere. I’m from North Carolina. I ain’t got nowhere to go. I need a spot. I’m getting this spot.’ So, that’s how we ended up here… My landlord Muhammad he like really believed in me. So, when my rent kept piling, he never tripped. He just let me kinda just stick around. So, when I finally got the deal, after all them years, of course I paid him back in full.”
Cole expresses past feelings of waking  up each day in his room and how he visualized his success that he now has today.
“Waking up in this every day is like so far from where I wanted to be,” said the Southern lyricist. “But this is the room where it started feeling real. You know what I mean?  Where I started really believing and visualizing it. I used to literally wake up and tell myself like ‘Yo, today I want to write a song that millions of people are gonna sing. And millions of people gonna love.’ I set that intention.”
The Roc Nation self proclaimed “underdog”  says he has more work to do to gain the respect he wants.
“I definitely consider myself an underdog,” said Cole “I always was in an underdog position. Just being from Fayetteville, North Carolina. Coming to New York City, the odds was against me. I got a long way to go and I know that, but I’m not gonna stop until they give me my props. Ultimately, happiness is the most important thing. And the pure happiness I think is finding happiness with yourself, how you are.”
Cole is currently getting ready for his What Dreams May Come Tour. The tour also features D.C. rapper Wale and is set to swing by  Las Vegas, San Francisco, and Seattle this month.

RAPPER DRAKE ASKS KIM KARDASHIAN’S MOTHER KRIS JENNER TO MARRY HIM…

article-2453892-18AB1EC500000578-355_634x631
Los Angeles — “I got the number one album and the number 1 Kardashian in the world” said rapper Drake jokingly as he proposed to Kris Jenner in front of Kanye and the rest of the Kardashian clan. Drake and Kris met while rapper Kanye West was in the studio with him earlier this year for his ‘Nothing was the Same Album’ and the two have been inseparable ever since. “Some will say this is very light skin of me, well I’ll be light skin if it means getting to marry the woman of my dreams. Getting to spend more time with Yeezy won’t be bad either” Says Drake about the many critics he is sure to encounter from marrying a Kardashian that is more than twice his age. Kris Jenner who is currently going through a $125 million dollar divorce will not legally be able to ‘wed’ Drake until things are final; Which sources say is just her following in the footsteps of her s3x tape star of a daughter Kim Kardashian who was married for less than 72 days. (Fun fact 72 days is shorter than the lifespan of a house fly.)

Snoop Dogg Changes Name To “Snoopzilla” For New Funk Album

He went from Snoop Dogg to Snoop Lion and now will be going by “Snoopzilla” as he gears up to release a new Funk album.
Snoop Dogg is currently recording a new Funk album with Funk musician Dam-Funk. The new album is titled 7 Days of Funk, and for this project, Snoop drops the Dogg Lion will be going by the moniker, Snoopzilla.
According to Rolling Stone, Snoop’s inspiration of his name change comes from Parliament-Funkadelic bass maestro Bootsy Collins who used the nickname Bootzilla.
The West Coast veteran spoke on his influence for his latest name change:
“We’re the babies of the Mothership. I’ve had funk influences in my music my whole career. Dam-Funk is cold. He’s keeping the funk alive and I knew I had to get down with him.”
Dam-funk also spoke on the album with Snoopzilla:
Snoop knew what I was thinking without me having to articulate it. That’s how you know when you gel artistically with someone. These beats were made for him and he laid down some of the smoothest harmonies and melodies I’ve ever heard. It’s hip-hop, but you can also hear what we grew up on, from Zapp to Evelyn ‘Champagne’ King and Patrice Rushen.
“Snoopzilla” and Dam-Funk’s 7 Days of Funk will feature Tha Dogg Pound and drummer-singer Steve Arrington.
7 Days Of Funk is slated for a December 10th release.

Azealia Banks Claims She Is The Female Kanye West

Azealia Banks
Azealia Banks and Kanye West definitely have two things in common. They are both performers, and they both are not afraid to hold their tongue. According to Banks their connection goes even deeper than that. In a recent interview with Elle magazine, the Harlem native shares her belief that she and Kanye best represent experimental art in Hip Hop.
“Kanye and I are like the same person but boy and girl. We’re pulling from the same cloud, the same inspiration,” said Banks. “We’re the two premier avant gardists in Hip Hop music. It’s just me and him. I think our consciousnesses are swirling around each other in some weird kind of way.”
Banks first made waves with her single “212″ in 2011. She has since released the EP1991 and mixtape Fantasea. Her debut studio album Broke with Expensive Taste was originally scheduled for release in 2012. It is now set to drop at the beginning of 2014.

Usher Sued For Alleged Theft Of "Confessions" Single 'Caught Up'

A group of songwriters have accused Usher of stealing his 2004 single 'Caught Up' from them.

Usher's been in the courtroom as of late (his ex recently asked a judge to hold him in contempt for poor co-parenting), but these appearances haven't concerned his music until now.
As reported by TMZ, a group of songwriters, Zacharia Edwards, Mitch Moses and Vince McClean, are claiming the R&B icon stole his chart-topping Confessions single "Caught Up" from them. They allegedly played it for an administrator at Arista Records (Usher's label) in 2002, who then played it for LA Reid. Two years later, they heard Usher's version on the radio.
Just Blaze received the producer credit for the track, but his name hasn't come up in the case so far. Considering it's been nearly a decade since the single dropped, the songwriters may not have the strongest case here.
That's all for now. Peep the visual for "Caught Up" below:

Rap pioneers Melle Mel and Grandmaster Caz (r.) are working to develop a museum of hip hop culture in the Bronx

These old-school legends are still advocating for the grand art they helped shape.
Grandmasters Melle-Mel and Grandmaster Caz are working to develop a hip hop hall, an institution to celebrate the rapping culture and the borough that spawned it.
The large-livin’ legends — Curtis (Caz) Brown, 53, a member of the Cold Crush Brothers who was an uncredited co-author of the seminal 1979 hit, “Rapper’s Delight,” and Melvin (Mel) Glover, 52, who co-wrote the 1982 hit “The Message” with Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five — took the Daily News’ Jennifer H. Cunningham on a trip down memory lane.
Daily News : What was the hip hop scene like in the Bronx in the late 1970s and early 1980s?
Melle Mel : In the early days of hip hop, we were just going out and partying, enjoying being young. It was only DJs and B-Boys. The dancers were called B-Boys. That’s how everything else got started.
It was a pretty interesting time. The parties were exciting. Hip hop started from one neighborhood’s talent against another. They’d have a battle to see who was the best that night.

Eminem's Childhood Home Damaged In Fire

Eminem's childhood home, as pictured on his new album "The Marshall Mathers LP 2" was badly damaged in a fire Thursday.
Many are familiar with +Eminem's childhood in Detroit home through his album covers. First featured on his seminal Marshall Mathers LP in 2000, and revisited on the cover of MMLPII, which dropped this week.
+TMZ reports that the home -- which is now abandoned -- was badly burned in a fire Thursday night. The house apparently sustained damage to the second floor, but fire fighters were able to isolate the flames, and prevented them from spreading to the rest of the house.
The fire is reported to have begun around 6:20 PM, but the cause is still unknown.
Em's former home was purchased by his mother in 1987 for $19,900, and has passed through close to 10 owners since. After failing to be sold for $500 at auction, it remains owned by the bank.
